Ticket Orders:
All sales once effected are deemed final. Ticket Depo website will not refund or exchange tickets once they have been sold. Upon receiving the tickets kindly retain them in a safe place. We will not issue exchange or refunds if the tickets are lost, stolen, damaged or destroyed. Tickets are one-of-a-kind items that cannot be replaced upon being sold, therefore Ticket Depo does not permit cancellations or exchanges once an order has been dispatched. In the event a program is postponed, your tickets will be automatically honored for the rescheduled date. If however an event is cancelled without a rescheduled date you will receive complete refund of amounts paid excluding shipping and handling charges (if any).
Occasionally, in the event we do not have the tickets that you specifically require we will adopt the following procedure - If equivalent or better seating are available and you have chosen to be automatically upgraded then we will fill out your order with the revised information and your credit card will be correspondingly charged. We will then contact you to notify you about the new seat location. If you have not opted to be automatically upgraded then a Ticket Depo representative will contact you to discuss alternative seat locations that you prefer. In this case we will not charge your credit card until you authorize us to fill your order with the revised information.
Ticket Depo ships all orders to the respective credit card billing address via the customer’s chosen shipping method. No request to the contrary will be encouraged. We also require a signature at the point of delivery. Ticket Depo normally processes orders on the same business day in which they are received, orders placed after hours will be processed on the subsequent business day. In the event Ticket Depo is unable to provide prompt shipment of tickets that you have requested, then our representative will contact you with information regarding the approximate time of delivery.
Permitted Use
