1. Am I guaranteed the tickets that I have chosen upon submitting your online form?
Ticket depo strives to find you the tickets that you specifically require, at the earliest. However we need to first confirm if the tickets are presently available. Upon receiving confirmation we will immediately contact you to confirm your order.
2. What are my options in case the tickets I require are no longer available?
Incase the tickets you require are no longer available we will offer you tickets in equivalent seating location at similar prices. However, you are under no obligation to accept our offer. In the even you do take up our offer then you will not have the option to cancel the tickets once the transaction is processed.
3. How long should I wait to receive my tickets?
In most cases, tickets will be shipped within a day or two. If the event is scheduled for much later (more than few months) or if the tickets are yet to be printed for the event, then we will ship your tickets on a mutually accepted date.
4. Can I cancel an order that I already placed?
We do not offer you the option to cancel ticket orders once request is submitted. The only exemption is when the specific tickets that you ordered are no longer available with us.
5. Why can’t I purchase odd number of tickets?
Since most of our customers require even number of seating we normally stock even number of tickets. We prefer not to break up 4 consecutive seating to sell 3 tickets or 2 tickets to sell 1. In case you specifically require odd number of tickets, which are not available online then kindly call us at 1-800-564-8517 and we may be able to do the needful.
6. Is it safe to submit my personal details and my credit card information?

7. Few tickets contain notes next to them. What do they mean?
Some of our listed tickets contain notes attached with them. They mean the following:
· GA - General Admission
· LV - Limited View
· PV - Partial View
· OBS, OB, Obst - Obstructed View
· In Hand - Tickets are present physically in office and ready to ship.
· Strip, Book - Price includes all games associated with that tournament.
· WC - Wheelchair accessible seats.
· Will Call - Tickets will be left at pickup point.
· Piggyback, Piggy - Seats are located one in front of the other and not side to side
· Ticketfast - Electronic paper ticket from Ticketmaster that contains a paper code and is a valid ticket
8. What happens if I lose my ticket?
Upon receiving the tickets we request you to kindly retain them in a safe place. We will not issue exchange or refunds if the tickets are lost, stolen, damaged or destroyed. Tickets are one-of-a-kind items that cannot be replaced upon being sold, therefore Ticket Depo does not permit cancellations or exchanges once an order has been dispatched.
9. Why are tickets priced higher than face value?
We have to pay significantly more than the original cost of the tickets for events that are greatly in demand so that we may provide you the kind of tickets that you specifically require. Also, Ticket Depo prices may be higher compared to ticket original prices as they include cost of acquiring premium seating.
